Each quarter, your RealLife Benefits account manager will provide you with a RealLife Perspectives report. The report tracks over 40 different types of HR, payroll and benefits transactions. This unique analytical tool is designed to help you quickly measure benefits administration and communication activities such as:

- New hires and terminations
- Changes in eligibility
- Life events
- System utilization
- Call center usage
- Call referrals
Your RealLife Perspectives report was created to help quantify the volume of transactions completed by both the RealLife Benefits system as well as your HR team.
Employee satisfaction surveys
In addition to qualitative data, RealLife Benefits also allows employers to survey employees about their benefits program. The surveys may be completed before, during or after enrollment. When employers combine the quantitative data from the RealLife Perspectives reports with the qualitative data from the employee surveys, HR gains a 360 degree view of their department's services. Moreover, HR can use this data to validate the return on investment from outsourced benefits administration functions.
