Automatic system upgrades
Unlike other systems that require you to implement, install and pay for system upgrades, RealLife Benefits' system upgrades are included as part of our service to you. There are no premise-based services, hardware or software for you to purchase, implement or support. In general, we release upgrades to the system on a quarterly basis. These upgrades feature a variety of system enhancements - many based on client feedback.
When a new release is ready your account manager will:
- Provide an overview of the new system features
- Offer training sessions for your HR team
- Share best practices
- Discuss suggestions for future system enhancements
